What is the after installation process like?

Duct Pressure Testing

A third party will contact you to schedule a time to test the air flow and refrigerant pressures.
The third party will provide Neel’s Heating & Air with the certification (Required energy forms for permit closure).
Neel’s Heating & Air will create a packet (which will be delivered to the home) to be provided for the city/county inspector.

Final Inspection

Neel’s Heating & Air will contact you to schedule the final inspection from the city/county.

City/County inspectors do not provide a time-frame until the morning of the day of inspection.

City/County inspectors do not arrive with a ladder. One will be provided for the day of inspection should you require it.

City/County inspector may require corrections (issues that need to be fixed) associated or not associated with the install. Should corrections be required associated with the installation, Neel’s Heating & Air will contact you to schedule the corrections and re- schedule the final inspection.

Repair Process?

First we do the diagnosis, then we present the customer with the options. If the repair is too costly then we may present the customer with the option to replace rather than repair. We empower the customer with all of the information so you can make an informed decision.

We send out a free estimate
Customer approves the estimate
We order the equipment
Get the permit processed

How long does a repair take?

It depends on the repair. Timeline can take 30 minutes to a few hours. Normally repairs are done the same day.
